Where do you ship to?

We have multiple warehouses across the globe and provide fast shipping worldwide

What are your shipping charges?

SHIPPING COST:

We offer free shipping within the USA on orders over $100. For orders under $100 USD within the USA, we charge $10 for shipping.
We offer $15 flat rate shipping on all orders to locations except USA

What are your shipping times?

Once you have approved your artwork proof and completed payment, your order will be fulfilled within 3 business days, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 5-8 business days
  • Australia: 5-8 business days
  • Canada: 7-10 business days
  • UK: 3-5 business days
  • NZ: 7-10 business days
  • EU: 8-10 business days

Order

Can I preview my artwork before it ships?

Yes! We offer free artwork proofs on all orders. You will receive your artwork to review in 3 days or less after you place your order. You may request unlimited revisions until your artwork is to your liking. Note, orders placed during Black Friday weekend may be delayed up to 5 days.

How do I change my order after it was placed?

Changed your mind about a frame size or color? Not to worry! You can change your order before you approve the artwork proof.

After you approve the proof, changes might not be possible as we typically start production right away.

Please contact our customer support team at support@keepsandkin.com as soon as possible to request any changes. The sooner you reach out, the better we can help.

Note: In some cases, changes to orders may result in shipping delays.

Can I leave the text off my artwork?

Yes! For a simple and clean aesthetic, you may leave the text field blank to opt out of any text on your portrait.

How is the artwork created?

All of our artworks are digitally created based on the photos you provide us, and are almost identical to an actual hand-painted portrait. So all you have to do is sit back and relax while our illustrators transform your photo into a masterpiece!

Are all your artworks created digitally?

Yes! Every artwork we create is digitally crafted, starting from the photos you share with us. Our process ensures that each custom art piece closely resembles a hand-painted portrait.

Whether you're looking for a realistic hand-drawn sketch, a vibrant watercolor, or a rich oil painting, we can create it. Our digital tools enable us to explore countless creative possibilities, ensuring your portrait is as unique as the memories it represents.

Just sit back and relax while our skilled artists work their magic on your photos, turning them into a stunning masterpiece! Our talented design team can also enhance and combine your images or even remove unwanted objects.

What makes a good photo?

Helpful tips to get a great photo:

  1. Upload a clear, high resolution photo
  2. Avoid photos with dark lighting
  3. Please avoid using any filters to ensure we can color your artwork correctly
  4. Make sure everything you would like shown in the artwork is visible in the image

What sizes do you offer?

We offer the following print sizes for all portraits:

  • 8x10 in (20.3 x 25.4 cm)
  • 12x16 in (30.5 x 40.6 cm)
  • 18x24 in (45.7 x 61.0 cm)

Frame moulding size varies from 1"-1.5" (2.5-3.8 cm) depending on your portrait size. To ensure the frame does not cover any part of the artwork, the actual print size is slightly smaller.

All our frames are 0.75" (1.9 cm) thick and include hanging hardware. Our canvas prints are printed on textured, fade-resistant canvas (OBA-Free) and are 1.25" (3.2 cm) thick with hanging hardware included.

Frame sizes: The sizes stated above are for the frame only - a standard margin of 1" (2.5 cm) is applied to all artwork edges. We currently do not offer custom sizes. Please refer to the list above for your preferred size.

What are your frames made of?

All framed portraits are expertly printed on museum-quality giclée Epson matte paper and are protected behind lightweight plexiglass. Our .75″ (1.9 cm) thick hardwood frames are sourced from renewable forests and come with hanging hardware included.
