Shipping policy

Due to the custom nature of our portrait products, it takes a bit of time to personalize and build your order from the moment you place it.  

The ordering process at-a-glance:

PROOFS - 3 Business Days or less

Keeps & Kin is proud to offer free artwork proofs on all orders. You will receive an email with your proof within 3 business days after the date of your order and may request unlimited revisions until you are satisfied with your artwork. Note, during holiday times, your proof may be delayed up to 5 business days.

PRODUCTION - 4-7 Days

Once you approve your artwork, we will immediately send your artwork into production, quality control and prepare it for shipping. 

SHIPPING - 5-10 Days

Once your artwork is printed, framed (if applicable) and securely packaged, we hand it off to one of our trusted shipping providers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, Australia Post, Royal Mail). Depending on your location, shipping time will vary. 

SHIPPING COST:

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $100+ USD. For orders under this amount, we charge the following shipping fees based on your location (prices in USD):

For orders under $100 USD within the USA, we charge $10 for shipping.
We offer $15 flat rate shipping on all orders to Canada and Australia.
We offer $15 flat rate shipping on all orders to the UK or Europe.
