Refund policy

Each artwork is custom made specifically for you. However, if there's something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at support@keepsandkin.com. We will work with you on making things right.

Refunds

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@keepsandkin.com with photos of wrong/damaged items (including packing slip) and we’ll sort that out for you.

If you are unhappy with your artwork quality after a proof is sent to you, we will work with you, providing unlimited revisions, until you are completely satisfied with your artwork.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please ensure you order the correct size and color.

Artwork Proofs

All artwork is custom made to order. You will receive a proof to approve or request revisions within 72 hours of placing your order. If we do not hear back from you within 48 hours of the proof email being sent, you will receive a follow up email. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours of the follow up, we will automatically send your portrait to printing as-is. 

Be sure to add support@keepsandkin.com to your contacts to ensure delivery to your inbox. Although rare, our email address may end up in your spam or junk folder.
