Take a photo or choose an existing photo taken in daylight or a brightly lit room
Use a smartphone or high-quality camera
Ensure your pet’s face and neck is visible in the image with minimal shadows
Please avoid using any filters to ensure we can color your portrait correctly
Make sure your pet is looking directly at the camera at eye level and facing forward. Other positions are allowed, however, your pet will be shown in that position in the final portrait.
